Why is booking direct cheaper?
Booking sites like Airbnb and VRBO add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. When you book directly with our management team, that fee isn’t there — and we pass the savings on to you.
Can I get a discount?
Yes! We offer a discount for returning guests and for guests who book directly through our website. Sign up for Deal Alerts to hear about specials first.
How do I find out about deals?

Is booking direct safe?
Yes. Reservations are made through Florida Vacation Collection, our local property manager, on their secure booking site.
What are the payment, deposit and cancellation terms?
You’ll see the full payment, deposit, minimum-stay and cancellation terms on the booking page before you reserve. Questions? Just call or email us — our contact details are at the bottom of every page.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Just ask! If there’s no quick turnover scheduled, you may be able to purchase an early check-in or late check-out, based on availability and notice.
