A screened, south-facing private pool and spa with sun all day — heated on request for winter swims. Morning coffee on the lanai. Afternoon cannonballs while the little ones nap. Starry evenings by the water after a big park day. The pool is all yours — no towels saving chairs, no crowds.

Gated resort living at Windsor at Westside
Step outside your private villa and into a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, fitness center and a poolside bar & grill. A guarded gate, a true resort feel — and it's all included with your stay, with no extra resort fees.
The Parks
Minutes from the magic
Walt Disney World is about 10 miles away — you can even hear the fireworks from the villa. Universal, Epic Universe and SeaWorld are an easy drive. Rope-drop the parks, head home for a midday swim, and go back rested for the fireworks.
Beyond the Parks
Beaches, golf and Florida sunshine
Tee off at championship courses nearby, hunt for shark teeth on the Gulf coast, sink your toes in Siesta Key's cool white sand, or watch a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center. Florida is your backyard.
